Old G was robbing candy stores in his youth, and soldiers in his adulthood.

A friend of mine recently founded a website dedicated to making homeless people visible in the online sphere. It contains photos and stories of colorful people who've had shady pasts, shit luck and hard lives.
I think it's an interesting concept and will be fun to watch as it grows and evolves. Homeless people need more dignity and need to have their stories heard. I think the internet is a more comfortable place for your average citizen to learn about a homeless person than--say--out on the street. If the stories and pictures are enough to change a person's mind about the homeless problem, then it will be a truly great website.
